The company, which had no activity since 2011, was subject on November 28, 2025 to a takeover
by the American company Bit Digital Inc, listed on
Nasdaq under the ticker BTBT.
Bit Digital Inc is a Strategic Asset Company (SAC)
focused on active participation in Ethereum infrastructure and controlling equity exposure to
AI/HPC infrastructure through its majority ownership stake in
Whitefiber Inc, also
listed on Nasdaq under the ticker WYFI.
The general partner of Financière Marjos is Bit Digital Europe Holding SA, 100% owned by
Bit Digital Inc, which holds 15.9% of the capital of Financière Marjos. Bit Digital Inc
additionally holds, directly, 9.1% of the capital of Financière Marjos.
Group Structure
The company is preparing, with its new controlling shareholder, a new corporate project
that will be announced in the coming weeks.
